Found this in Morrisons's free magazine. Need to copy it down just in case I throw the magazine away...
Serves 4
A
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 sachet powdered tomato soup
100 g cornflakes
3 tbs self-raising flour
B
2 egg whites
500 g chicken breast fillets
cooking oil spray
Blitz A till fine. Season.
Heat oven to 200C. Line roasting pan with baking paper.
Whisk egg white until foamy. Cut chicken to bite size pieces.
Dip chicken into egg white then into crumb mixture to coat.
Spray with cooking oil spray and place onto baking sheet.
Bake 20 mins till cooked through and crunchy.
