+ unsweetened soy milk, flavoured yogurt, raisins, sunflower seeds
+ unsweetened soy milk/low fat milk, optional flavoured yogurt, orange segments
Blergh combination
+ unsweetened soy milk, cinnamon, cubed apple added before refrigeration
+ unsweetened soy milk, cocoa powder
